Every individual has a special and unique purpose. As a result, anyone can be successful at overcoming addiction if he or she chooses to.
Complete recovery requires community involvement and partnerships; therefore, we rely on volunteers and partners from the community to deliver a plethora of services, resources and mentorship to our clients' needs in efforts to create a long-term, supportive sobriety toolbox.
Healing requires attention to a multitude of areas: physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and psychosocially.
Relapse does not have to be a part of anyone's future.
Overcoming addiction requires a new way of thinking.
Applicants considered to be an appropriate fit for our programming and recovery services typically possess or meet the following:
A) Be 18 years of age or older.
B) Be willing to follow the treatment recommendations of the program track he or she is assigned to.
C) Have adequate control of their behavior and assessed not to be of immediate danger to oneself or others.
D) Possess a desire to recover from addiction to drugs or alcohol.
E) Be medically stable and appropriate as deemed by the program Health Advocate, free of any illness that requires isolation from others, and be willing to follow all recommendations made by the program Health Advocate regarding individual treatment plans, including a medication management regimen. Potential clients must also have the cognitive/mental ability and the commitment to self-administer medications exactly as they are prescribed and directed.
F) Have the capacity and willingness to engage in active participation of all required program activities.
G) Be ambulatory and meet personal needs without assistance.
H) A willingness to go to any length to maintain sobriety even if it means extending the length of the program.
* Because we realize every individual is unique, every application is reviewed and assessed for special circumstances and consideration.
